My question is, how? Assuming it’s not AI, of course. The dough is going to rise, so how would you allow for that?
An encased bread mould that restricts the expansion to certain sides for the dough?
(Or more likely, someone carved this from an existing loaf).
The one with a darker crust on the bottom does suggest a cut, but damn, that’s some good work if so.

When I saw this meme, I quickly made a strong reminder to keep a lookout for TTRPG dice bread makers. I really want to try them out. I think it would make a great piece of bread that could be filled with jam/preserves via the numbers etched or crafted with filling, or perhaps colored cream cheese.
