    It’s the opposite, in fact.

    As someone who is not religious, I don’t love or hate Jews or Muslims more than the other. Or Christians for that matter. I don’t like some things done by members of those religions in the name of their religion and supported by their religious leaders (e.g. Zionism in Israel, al Qaeda for Muslims, and the Klan for Christians), but I don’t hold every practitioner of the faith accountable for that. That’s just silly.

    The fact that 6 million Jews were killed 80 years ago has given Israel the moral authority in the west to do the same things in Gaza. Say the tables turn, eventually the UN and the EU and the rest recognise the genocide, then what happens in another 80 years when Muslims or Palestinians use this genocide to justify a genocide of their own? The solution is, the violence must stop. The cycle must be broken, for both/all sides to move forward as a people.
