I’ll believe it when a call to arms is issued by any blue leadership.

Edit: I meant that as ‘no blue leader would ever rock the boat.’ Backtracking apologists never do anything that makes a difference, in my experience.

Used to claim to be a Democrat–you know, cause they weren’t Republicans–and then I started watching them. Waiting for anything meaningful.

Nothing. Not a damn thing. Fuck Dems almost as much as fuck Pubs.

Withholding federal taxes, using the national guard to arrest ICE leadership and to walk ICE agents into jail cells. Shut down roads that ICE needs to move around, block off known ICE concentration camps until they are shutdown. So many things that would be nice to see them do.

My taxes go to mouth breathers in the south and Midwest rather than my community. I wouldn’t care about helping them, but damned if they don’t reject any attempt to help any fucking one that isn’t them.

Fuck them. They have bootstraps and shit, too.

I do want to do this in the west coast alliance. Since we pay directly to the federal government as citizens, the states would need to band together and ensure that they would protect us from federal crimes to allow us to withhold our taxes. I’d even be okay with them setting up a sort of “escrow” where we pay our federal taxes to the states in the name of that protection, and then either get a refund once we leave the union, or to be used for cascadia’s new military. After that, our federal taxes can be reduced and/or reallocated to the new state services.

Open armed conflict is the last step in escalation. There is a lot of civil resistance backed by weapons to prevent massacres thet comes first

You know it’s almost as if they want to step straight over the easier ways of voting or peaceful shutdown and go straight to the shredder.

      Churchill was definitely right.

I wouldn’t call politely asking the administration to talk it out as “active resistance”.

I think Walz is a nice guy, but he is absolutely not the leader needed for this moment.

Remember when the DOGE Apes raided numerous government agencies, and just made themselves at home and started looting their computers?

They should have been executed by Federal Security Guards in the first lobby they attempted to storm. That would have slowed them down.

Instead, Security just stepped aside, and let them burn it all down.

When this is over, Federal Security Guards must be trained to DO THEIR JOBS!

National guard and police won’t protect the people. The people need to take matters into their own hands.
