Avowed was boring as fuck, but overall quality is on level. No bad, no good moments.
The Outer Worlds 2 made it easier on grotesk and overlystupid Bethesda-tier “satire” and the result was not very good, but nicer than Avowed and much-much better than The Outer Worlds 1.Obsidian just wants too much. Normal games.
More games in a franchise does not mean the future looks good for that franchise. They wanted a fantasy Destiny, man, the future for PoE looks terrible. The original was hard proof that CRPGs weren’t obsolete because a bunch of halfwit suits didn’t like them, pivoting away instead of sticking with the entire point is just a sign of bad things to come.
Am I the only person who likes The Outer Worlds 2? I’m currently on my second play through of it and I’m having a great time.
No, you’re not. Both Avowed and Outer Worlds 2 were excellent.
No weight/inventory limit is the greatest feature and its spoiled many other games for me.
No, I love it. I’m really enjoying how restricted your builds are. Pretty sure you can get 3 skills to 20… if all your other skills are 0.
I’m still on my first playthrough. I went for a glass cannon sniper build, which is proving to be a challenge on Hard.
It runs like dogshit on my PC, it became a pixelated Slide show once the tutorial over.
Avowed otherwise runs butter smooth, even with the RTX FX on, isn’t the great RPG i was waiting for, but still fun, althrough i regret a little buying on launch
