I believe I, and any Canadian, have every right to kill a person who represents a foreign (hostile)government, and tries to abduct me, or those I care about in my country. As they do not represent my government, I believe I’m free and clear.

    No authority?

    No process?

It is then an act of war, and we should respond accordingly with deadly force.

    Just sayin.

You all need to be pressing your government to declare ICE a terrorist organization so that you can bar entry of any current or former member into the country.

We must prepare for potential ICE agressive incursions into our territory.
We must be ruthless against fascism.

Aha, so baaically if you get snatched and dragged into the US for suspected violation of US law, the American legal system is okay with it and you have limited avenues to defend yourself. Canada would have to “convince” the US to let you go. In other words, exercise higher caution around ICE than our neighbours do.

I’d love to see them try. And I think many Canadians are also chomping at the bit to “see America try”. Lets see how far they get up here.

The question is: would a Canadian citizen witnessing an ICE kidnapping happen in Canada be allowed to use up to lethal force to stop it?

I don’t care. I’m not an American gimp. I’ll help a person being kidnapped or harassed in Canada. If it’s a US MAGA Nazi fuck, they’ll get a mother fucking double-double. I’ll take the chance.

      Fuck ICE.

“There will be a political and economic price if Canada followed member of Parliament Heather McPherson’s call for all ICE out of Canada”

There’s no cost for standing up to bullies. On the contrary, the cost comes from backing down.

Fact of the matter is if ICE wanted to round up Canadians, most local police, at least in Alberta, would be helping to support ICE operations while making a canned statement on TV about the legality of their actions.

What a dumb fucking point. Clickbait article.

“Here’s a scenario: Minnesota shares a border with Canada. Let’s say a stream of undocumented people decided to make a run for Sprague, Manitoba. Let’s say they somehow end up on the other side. ICE isn’t happy about it, and, on this day, agents decide to ignore the fact there’s a border.”

Ok… I could find a place and just cross the border illegally too. Maybe me and a whole bunch of people.

It doesn’t mean it’s okay and that there won’t be any repercussions…
