I appreciate how the “middle” class sees only a little inconvenience. A leaky sewage pipe, garbage chute, and pipe support.
The more you look at it, the more apt it seems.
Look closely and you’ll see a middle-class guy peaking out the rooftop opening right where a leak is about to get him. I’m sure he’ll act like it’s the worst thing he’s ever seen, completely ignorant of how much worse it could get.
As if the middle class isn’t shrinking towards extinction. The ultra rich want a two tier society and they are getting there.
