• 1 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz St Germain
  • 3/4 oz Lillet blanc
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • Absinthe dash

Shake everything with ice and serve.

I’m not sure the elderflower is supposed to be in there, but it works well for me. It’s a fairly sweet cocktail, but there is enough citrus to balance it out. Nice way to start the weekend!
