That is correct. A good croissant doesn’t need anything else.
Chocolate is among my favorite things, but so are fresh croissants.
Just go buy a tub of chocolate frosting at Costco and eat it directly from container with a spoon.
Get the tubes, they’re more fun to guzzle
Never done this with the Costco size, but not too proud to admit I’ve done it with the smaller version

I like chocolate fine, but I wouldn’t call it an obsession. There’s lots of things I like better than chocolate.
