Since the font is very pixelated, I made a cleaned up copy. I am unsure of the actual font, it is a Comic Sans-esque font, but does not match up quite the same. Specifically the Q used by the artist has the tail going straight down in the center.

I also looked to translate what Cthulhu is saying in the incantation, I thought it might be the Cthulhu Runes font, and while again it looks close… It is not the same thing.

The font I used in the cleaned image is Chalkboard. If someone knows what the original font used it, let me know and I will switch to that. After today I will post the cleaned up version as the main image, and the original in the body of the post.
