Kovarex, the maker of Factorio, is a reactionary anti-leftist. He exposed himself on reddit and has since edited or deleted his comments. True, but after the incident happened it seemed as though some people did everything in their power to make it look like a mentality to him (i.e. combing through his past posts to see if he himself said anything yikes to prove to everyone how shitty he is). The “shove it up your ass” comment is enough to point to, so pointing to the (now deleted, might I add) statutory rape comment feels more like having a hate boner for the guy and that your goal is to moreso make you hate him as much as you rather than just the plain ‘don’t buy the game from this guy, he’s a reactionary’.

On the flip side, Satisfactory has been the only logistics game I’ve enjoyed. It just clicked for me better than the others.

The idea that buying products is a moral choice to “support” something is your brain on capitalism. They’ve actually convinced people that shopping is responsible citizenship and moral agency. Not even morality can exist outside of the market.
