Is this a good manga? Does it have a coherent plot?
Yes and yes. It’s not hard to follow at all. This is just a bonus short; most of it isn’t like this

(So many mangas have a strong start, but then go off like lettuce kn the sun)
So far, this one has stayed strong. A lot of serialized media make the mistake of not working towards something, and this one feels like it has a clear direction. Another problem is that a lot of them get axed early, so the author is forced to rush an ending. This one got a good anime adaptation, and that rarely happens when it isn’t already popular.
I watched the first episode of the anime version and the themes you mentioned were a bit too heavy for me to want to continue.
Fair enough. Like I said, it doesn’t have many funnies to meme with, which is why it’s hard to share.
