PC Gaming@lemmy.ca•Over 5,000 games released on Steam this year didn't make enough money to recover the $100 fee to put a game on Valve's store, research estimatesEnglish
24·2 months agoMaybe. Quickly looking at games that don’t really sell:

Mostly it just looks like games nobody asked for. Definitely some A.I. and asset flips included, but some look like effort was put into them … however they don’t look fun to me. Like, at all.

8·5 months agoImmigrants make a country great. One of the reasons why I’m happy about the increased immigration in the USA, and why I’m sad about the decreased immigration in Canada.

2·5 months agoGood. Disrupt the system. Until young people can purchase homes at similar rates to healthy countries then young people should escalate civil disobedience.

1·8 months agoThat is not my suggestion at all. When I can help, I do. When I can say something, I do. Still, we should not overgeneralize. Everybody is an individual and should be treated as such.

3·8 months agoThen good news! There are people doing this. I’m in a discord where some people work on a bot that basically calls out that stuff on reddit. Making the bot is straightforward, the problem is it keeps getting banned for arguing. The hardest part is keeping the reddit account alive.

It’s not about justice, it’s about changing the system. And current justice does not accomplish that end.
