Had the perfect stick sword as a kid. Another kid thought to be mean and broke it in half. Cool, TWO short swords, dual wielding unlocked.

Most people don’t really understand arthritis and how many types there are. I sure didn’t at first. I dealt with the same thing in my early 20’s when diagnosed as well.

4·1 year agoNot who you asked, but I find myself turning it off more often than not. I just never see it as adding much to my experience. I tend to notice it more as annoyance more than anything else.

This and other comments of yours here make it obvious you don’t know what this community is.
Her native tongue was a smaller Chinese dialect. So, yeah she knew 3 or more languages. I think there was a 4th, but I’m forgetting what it was. Probably is Bahasa like you mention.
I think one of the devs stated 1.0 has improved Linux support as well. I know many of the steam deck users were looking forward to some improvements to it and controller support.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•What is something small that you do that confuses other people whenever they see you doing it?
8·2 years agoWhen people often text me or call to make sure plans are still on, it has the weird effect of making me no longer want to go. I’m introverted, but if I make plans I will be there. So it sort of opens the door for me to cancel for some reason.

Games@lemmy.world•Roguelike vs Roguelite - what's the difference?English
1·2 years agoI get that side of it. I honestly rarely play any games these days looking for feeling like a sense of accomplishment. I just play for an escape more than that.
I also enjoy some grindy games. So the meta progression can fit that for me. But I certainly agree it isn’t for everyone. That is what makes gaming so great. Usually something out there for everyone and it would get pretty boring if they were all the same.

Games@lemmy.world•Roguelike vs Roguelite - what's the difference?English
5·2 years agoThis is how I’ve seen it. I only like the Lights usually because I enjoy meta progression. I feel like it makes the difference for me to feel like I’m not just wasting my time. I should also mention I’m pretty terrible at games so the meta progression helps me make progress where other games I’d be stuck too often.

Agreed, the ones I took for shits and giggles always showed high and I’m an idiot.
