Per the FDA definition, a medical device is a device that is intended to diagnose or to treat a disease.

So I guess these chest binders are treating a disease after all. Which I wonder what disease that might be?

Unfortunately, one will get nowhere with Republicans by pointing out their hypocrisy; it’s the foundational philosophy of their party. Rules for thee, but not for me, as the saying goes.

I just hope everyone makes reminders to register and vote. It’s not that much work. There are millions of trans people and many millions more still in the closet. We actually can completely flip elections if we try to remind each other to vote. Trump is actually stupid and that is actually a huge advantage for us.

Trump may be stupid, but he’s just a puppet. There are far more dangerous people controlling and guiding his decisions. He may claim not to know about Project 2025, and honestly I don’t think he has the reading comprehension to understand it, but the puppeteers are the ones who wrote it.

Extreme and abject cruelty continues in the most disgusting country in the world. It seems that torturing and killing queer and neurodivergent people of all ages is now the sole aim of the HHS.

Huh, maybe I should start selling chest binders? I never thought about it until now.
