The board elections and voting are run by lemurs using a series of colored balls that when thrown in a particular sequence indicate voting intentions and monetary policy support, board meetings must have at a minimum two presentations occuring simultaneously or they are immediately cancelled in favor of seeing who can jump over all the board room chairs in a makeshift hurdle sprint competition.

Dude, historically board of directors has been old white guys.

Its a funny meme, not a political statement. Don’t get your panties in a twist.

as data points: the three boards i’ve held a directorship on were at least 75% white and I was in my 30s. I was easily the youngest person on each board by twenty years.

I admit to being mildly offended when people have aspersions cast upon them because of things they didn’t get to choose and cannot change. Like race and age.

You can consider yours whatever you want, I don’t think anyone cares what you do in your head with that.

You can always count on Lemmy for it. As long as it’s the right ageism and racism, of course.

The board members are risk averse, anti-innovation, weren’t paying attention during the PowerPoint, and just trying to hang on until they can get their bonuses and go golfing.
