Who wants to be seen eating at a restaurant that’s almost entirely empty, no matter how good their tacos or smash burger are?

Me? Why the fuck would I care how empty a restaurant is if the food is good? If anything it just means the wait times will be shorter and the employees won’t be busy with other customers.
