what are all the little grippy things on the shin for, kneeling? can i just walk into the psych ward and have them kneel and make cute noises for me like fun pets? are they like actually just free for the taking??

Never seen grippy socks like that before but I do have a few pairs that are long grippy socks (like knee/calf height) For clarification, I didn’t get them at the hospital. I got them online because I prefer longer socks but I still like grippy socks. They’re supposedly for football although I’ll never use them for that purpose.
