Holup, I think triple pizza might be the big brain solution because you get a pizza that is always tasty, always available cheaply, and never makes you fat or burns your mouth
- lava - it looks delicious and its mostly here so I can try it with no consequences. Idc if it’s just dirt!
- lab grown ribeye - I don’t necessarily need a lot of meat in my diet, but I’d take cruelty-free at a discount
- pho - restaurants have wildly different recipes for it and sometimes it’s just not what I want. So now I’ll standardize it all to my personal preference!
Pho for sure. I’m hesitant to even get it at restaurants (as opposed to making it myself) because most of the time it’s extremely mediocre, a decent chunk of the time it’s really disappointing, and on rare occasion it’s great.
Also, I like chicken pho and almost every restaurant serves beef pho with chicken breast and calls it “chicken pho”. That is not chicken pho; that is beef pho with chicken.

And regarding pho. It will not be standardized, but they will all be delicious to you. You will get to experience variety just as good as what you consider your current favorites. So I guess that still works.
- Fried pizza (Neapolitan food, incredible, but obscenely caloric)
- Vegan salmon (love it but jeez, it’s expensive!)
- Bread. Yes, I’m simple. But a bad bread can ruin a whole meal, and it’s surprisingly easy to find bad bread when you don’t buy from your trusted source.
1: Beer. Because I could probably drink a little bit less.
2: Mushrooms. Because I use shitloads of them.
3: Entrecote. Because the best cuts are hard to find.These combine into a perfect meal.
Can we get a ruling on whether Beer counts as a food item?
otherwise I’ll go with:
- Shellfish, because I’m allergic
- Something seasonal like strawberries, that changes price based on how far you need to import it
- AVOCADOS, so that I never again cut one open to find it’s rock hard, or already turned to black goop
I was going to get specific about whether ot not beverages count or if you need to be specific (ie. spinach ravioli) as opposed to broad (ie. pasta), but, hell. Whatever makes you happy. It’s a casual conversation post. I’ll allow beer.

- Physalis. One of my favorite fruit along kaki. The plant is beautiful and its exotic taste is amazing. :3
- Black truffle. I love meal with this mushroom but they are kinda expensive. 😅
- Risotto. That is an delicious italian meal. Creamy rice mixed with cheese, vegetable and mushroom. There is a subtle flavor of white wine. :3

Hmmm. Pizza, beef, and cheese. I agree with you on cheese. Bad cheese is so sad!
- Donuts - need something sweet in the list and they come in so many varieties.
- A5 Wagyu for sure - don’t need to worry about the quality here as it’ll always be top-notch.
- I was going to say gin here but I’ve decided coffee (particularly espresso beverages) instead - I’ve been chasing the high of an amazing cup I had in Tokyo for years .

Ahhh good choice the cashews. Nuts are so expensive!
First one is either chocolate or pasta. I could take or leave other carbs, but pasta gets me fucked up every time. No-consequences chocolate is the bigger win, though.
Second one is chicken. Economically, other food makes more sense (like steak), but chicken is the better protein IMO. As long as discount/on sale doesn’t mean lower quality or expired. If I have to be specific, boneless skinless chicken breasts.
Third is going to be pasta. Since chocolate is the bigger win for the first one, pasta goes here. Now here’s why. Pasta is pretty diverse. We’re talking spaghetti, ravioli, carbonara, alfredo, Mac & Cheese, hell, even ramen! Ramen is the real win here. Imagine breaking open a Cup Noodles or Top Ramen and you’re getting Gyu-Kaku (Japanese steakhouse/ramen chain with locations in the west, so you can find one, maybe) ramen or better. That’s a major cheat code. As for Mac & Cheese, sometimes you just want Kraft Dinner, but it’s always at its best. Bad pasta can still show you some love, but great pasta for free when you eat the cheap stuff?
Third one is badly worded I think. Second one says it will always be inexpensive, but the third one says it’s always high quality… but, it doesn’t say you have to pay the higher price. So it’s a mirror of the second one. Second one will always be cheap, but it’s whatever quality, whereas the third one will always be good at whatever price. I still keep them in those slots though, because I don’t care if my chicken isn’t higher quality. I control that. And while I can make decent to good pasta (maybe even great, but I wouldn’t say excellent, though my wife might), getting “excellent” pasta with no effort? Fuck yeah.
I also noticed “pasta” is very broad and categorical. If I have to specify which pasta… Ramen. Ramen is cheap (like 3-4 for $1) and good ramen is hard to come by. There are like a dozen noodle shops around me, but none of them are very good. I will drive 3 hours to a Gyu-Kaku for their ramen.
TL;DR: Chocolate, chicken, pasta (or ramen if I have to be specific)
All round good choices! Just to clarify the difference between second and third, second item you always find it at a lower price, and no it doesn’t mean it’s starting to rot. But it doesn’t necessarily mean it will always be top notch either. Just average, subject to the luck of the draw I guess, sometimes better sometimes unremarkable. Always cheap.
Third is anytime you eat some thing. It doesn’t necessarily mean you purchased or cooked it. Maybe you were invited to an event or to a friend’s dinner, well, if there is pasta there your portion will be incredible even if it was cooked in the same pot as everyone else’s. If you give your portion to someone else, they will not taste this benefit but the mundane version instead.
- Pizza - eat the whole pan! No worries
- Fried chicken - good sales on fried chicken is great.
- Lasagna/ pasta - a good quality lasagna / pasta
