    Judging by the looks my dog gives me, they find it disrespectful, unless you’re hitting that spot, you could scratch that spot with the vacuum cleaner and they wouldn’t give a shit b

    idk about dogs but my cats seem to think its just another hand. if anything i think they trust foot pets more because ive never picked them up and brought them to the vet with my feet lol.

      My cats have all found foot pets to be rude and shy away from them! Maybe I just don’t have enough fine control. Maybe my feet are stinky…

        My cats get SO offended by foot pets, too. One of my cats will attack feet if touched with them, immediately. The other one just stink-eyes and walks away.

    My childhood dog absolutely couldn’t tell the difference between hands and feet, he would try giving me his ball to throw into my foot, annoyed that it would just roll off my toes onto the ground

    One cat absolutely hates it and prefers hand pets. Another adores it and even prefers it, probably because my feet can’t grab her. The other two don’t really care.
