I fear for warped records, like the shoebox leaning through in the middle, or stacking records horizontally! But you do you ofcourse

Ya, true nuff. But, I’ve been hauling most of these things around haphazardly for almost 30 years. Haven’t had any issues yet. Not to say that I won’t!

I don’t have them organized, either. That’s just always how I’ve experienced them. Sifting around old shoe boxes and milk crates just remembering where things are.

One day I’ll make a project out of storing them better. If so, I’ll post up. Cheers!

For sure, it’s physical media, we do it because we love to handle them our own way. I’ve been using the “really useful box 19l XL” recently, absolutely love how sturdy they are. Had the 35l XL too but those fit 100 records and was way too heavy to lift. Got one for my singles too recently!

            2 examples of the boxes

Yw! Saw a friend use them with a much larger collection and he swears by them too. I’m using vinyl sized cartboard dividers (mine are from HHV) to sort by genre/vibe, and also to backfill a box that’s not full so the records don’t sag. Good luck!

I must admit that I had a gurgly-sounding cassette of this LP, never vinyl. With the word PROMO in Sharpie on the cover. Shame.
