you had one though i don’t think you’ll be able to reattach that one.
PubMed is often quite reliable, because they host peer-reviewed articles. besides this one, there’s a bunch of medical sources that report on the existence of vestigial tails and pseudo-tails. so I would say yes, though I assume op meant something more like a fur covered one.
