Not much happened out of the ordinary. I miss my ex. Met a creep on the internet. Dad’s being a douche again. So… I guess okay to bad-ish? Dunno

crap, i’ve been on vacation for the last 4 days, brought a lot of books to study at home, didn’t open a single book

i think my antidepressants aren’t enough anymore; the fog™️ got too big to suppress it. every thought i have feels like a giant rock, and talking to people feels like a chore. gonna make my mum book a session with my therapist soon; i hope she’ll be a help. in the last session, she was kinda eager to start me on estrogen, wonder if she’ll give in this time.

if i start taking proper medication i don’t know how or how much i’m going to hide it from my family. presuming i’ll need to see an endocrinologist, what will they and my family need to know?

facial hair fuckign sucks, more persists after each shave and there’s no way to stop/slow down its spread.

i would continue rambling on but it’s getting too messy

I would really recommend estrogen, if you can’t get it legally do diy. It pretty much instantly got rid of my own depression, which I can now see is completely hormonal. It might not work the same for you, but I would definitely give it a try.

When I started HRT, they wanted me to get my potassium tested (didn’t even test starting T and E) before starting spiro if you go the AA route and are in the US. Otherwise, it was basically just “you want E? Do you want AA? We don’t start with prog, but if you want after 6 months, that’s an option too”. I did it virtually and did labs at labcorp. Not sure if you could just get your annual blood work done at a primary care doctor and just bring those results, but after that they’ll definitely want to see hormone testing every like 3 months to adjust dosing. If you are using your parents’ their insurance, presumably there will technically be a record somewhere they could check. I’ve seen one insurance that sends regular updates that list out all of the expenses so far and how much of the deductible has been used.

I went outside and did yard work with noticeable makeup and painted nails. My neighbors even saw me, but it was fine.
