Would you believe someone if they told you they think you’re beautiful? Or would you think they’re trying to spare your feelings? (not judging, I’m bad at taking compliments)
I genuinely don’t believe anyone who says that I’m beautiful/pretty, or passing. I would assume they’re lying.
Therein lies a problem <3. I wish you every bit of self-love and self-respect in the world. The compliments won’t hit right until you see the good in yourself first.
