And now German, for syllable shenanigansI put a vote in for Norwegian. The grammar is simple and pretty consistent, it can be treated as genderless, and the pronunciation is much more consistent than English. It’s easy to learn and sounds beautiful!
I can also speak Spanish (not fluently, but enough to get by), and I have my own irks about it. One of the big ones being that nouns are pointlessly gendered.
