For real. Love these little discoveries and knowing not alone.
Possibly eczema or dry skin. A nice cream can ease either long-term, on your hands or body. (Probably already aware, but you need significantly less cream than you would lotion, so contacting your thinner skinned face with a cream might produce undesirable results. Cream stronk)
if it’s a surface level itch
then there’s those damnable itches that feel like they’re buried inside the thenar eminence and there’s no way to deep scratch
For me, those are an expression of eczema. Just between muscle and fat, they’re the worst. Like a migraine expressed via itch just beneath the skin.
There are also the Itchs inside your skull

rather than biting i just look for the nearest velcro and just absolutely SCRAPE my palm against it, works like a charm everytime
Smart. Biting doesn’t really work either.
