      Technically, you’re basically just protecting them from being accused of “Friendly fraud” by Amazon. All of the deliveries are insured, and the customer will still get the item eventually. You’ll just be costing Amazon’s insurer and theoretically raising their premiums.

      Although it’s debatable if that’s a net benefit or cost to society lol, reminds me of those posts that say to randomly shoot a gun from a safe place within your city to lower home prices.

        Yeah still sounds like there are more effective uses of your time than porch piracy. Who knows what is in that box, it could be really important for that person to get it on time. Steal the truck before it’s loaded instead
