How to stop feeling tired all the time:

    • ramp up to at least 25g of fiber. frozen berries & psyllium husk are the cheapest sources afaik, & convenient smoothie ingredients

    • track thermogenesis in foods. complex carbs & proteins lose up to 30% of their calories digesting. you want high thermogenesis but not so much you burden yourself

    • get at least 1/3 of your calories from protein after the deduction I just mentioned above

    • get a lot of potassium and magnesium. They are not found in vitamins. Magnesium oxide does not actually do anything

    • drink plenty of water & don’t have caffeine after noon.

    • stop vaping. Stop it. It fills your pleural cavity etc in your lungs with white blood cell goop

Eat some walnuts and sunflower seeds or something more effective than multivitamins (some multivitamins are straight up bad for you).

For the most part if you haven’t been explicitly prescribed vitamins by a doctor theres very little scientific evidence that they do much, just eat healthier
